About our harness facilities

 York Racecourse welcomes harness trainers to join our growing racing community and access quality training facilities in a picturesque regional setting. Membership provides the opportunity to utilise the track, become part of a supportive racing network, and contribute to the continued success of one of Australia's oldest provincial racecourses. 

 York Racecourse provides dedicated washdown facilities for horses, ensuring a convenient and practical space for post-training and post-race care. Designed to support horse welfare and trainer needs, the facilities offer reliable access to water in a safe environment, helping maintain the health, comfort and presentation of every horse.
