Join us at the York Racecourse Wedding & Wellness Open Day on Saturday 12 September, from 10am to 4pm, and discover one of Western Australia's most unique regional venues. Set amongst the picturesque grounds of Australia's First Provincial Racecourse, this special event will showcase the venue's potential for weddings, celebrations, corporate events, retreats and wellness experiences.
Visitors can explore the facilities, meet local businesses and gather inspiration, while vendors have the opportunity to connect with new clients and be part of an exciting showcase.
Vendors
We are currently seeking wedding, event and wellness exhibitors who would like to participate and showcase their products or services as part of this inspiring community event.
The Venue
Our versatile venue offers flexible spaces to suit events of all sizes, including an elegant Upstairs Members' Lounge seating up to 80 guests, a Downstairs Lounge seating 50 guests, a charming undercover outdoor bar, and a spacious Function Room accommodating up to 120 seated guests. Combined with the picturesque racecourse setting, York Racecourse provides a unique backdrop for weddings, celebrations, corporate functions and wellness events.
The Grounds
The grounds at York Racecourse provide a truly memorable setting, overlooking Australia's First Provincial Racecourse, established in 1843. Surrounded by beautifully maintained lawns, a year-round grass racing track and uninterrupted views to Mount Bakewell, the venue offers a peaceful country backdrop that is perfect for wedding ceremonies, outdoor receptions, wellness retreats, community events and unforgettable photography.
